Hello! I'm Thiago Alencar.
I've been teaching English for 20 years and I've worked with all kinds of students, across many levels and settings. During my teaching years, I've seen it all when it comes to helping students get out of the dreaded intermediate plateau and become confident, advanced users of English.
I have a YouTube channel with over 4 million views combined where I share weekly tips to help intermediate and advanced learners communicate with more confidence, accuracy, clarity and awareness.
I'm also a Cambridge-certified English teacher who holds a C2 level certificate.
Last but not least, I love 80's rock music, classic movies and thriller novels.
